Design services include: logo adaptation for different materials, signage layout and typography, vehicle wrap visualizations with 3D mockups, exhibition booth renderings, brand guideline compliance checks, and file preparation for large-format printing. What payment terms and warranty do you offer on signage products?
Standard payment terms: 50% advance on order confirmation, 50% before delivery/installation. For corporate clients and repeat customers, we offer credit terms (NET 30/45 days) subject to credit approval. We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit cards, and cheques. Warranty coverage: LED signage (1-2 years on electronics), ACP cladding and fabricated signs (1 year on structure), vehicle wraps (1 year on vinyl and installation workmanship, fading/peeling issues covered), digital prints (6 months on outdoor durability). Installation and fabrication defects are covered for 90 days. Weather damage, vandalism, and normal wear are not covered. Extended warranty plans available for premium signage installations.
